A site or company-wide assessment is carried out to provide a baseline for your environmental management. All activities will be reviewed against legal requirements and best practice in order to identify how the company impacts on the environment, and the environmental compliance of these impacts. Report will be prepared to include recommendations regarding legal compliance, best practice and areas of cost saving.

Environmental Improvement Programmes

Individual sites or companies are assessed to identify areas for improvement in Environmental Management Performance. Improvement Programme are prepared to identify key tasks and timescales for delivery.

Policy Development

One of the first tasks is the identification of corporate environmental goals and targets to fit with the business and other needs of the organisation. Assistance is also provided with:

• Development of Environmental Policy statements.
• Implementation of the Environmental Policy throughout organisations.

Interactive Environmental Management Systems

Our Consultants will implement an Environmental Management Systems to single and multi-site organisations designed to meet requirements of international standard, ISO 14001.

Environmental auditing

Advice on developing the appropriate internal environmental auditing programme is provided. Our Consultants can perform internal audits and assist with preparing for forthcoming legislation.

Environmental Training

Our experienced Consultants are expert in the delivery of practical environmental training courses, including in-house courses tailored to individual clients. We also provide:

• Two-day environmental management course licensed under IOSH Working with Environmental Responsibilities.
• Provision of environmental training material for use by staff.
• Short Employee Awareness Sessions.
