A one-day foundation training course that provides first tier workers with an appreciation of the fundamentals of good food hygiene

CIEH Advanced Certificate in Food Hygiene
This six-day advanced course is designed for supervisors and managers to have the ability to reach a required legislation level of food hygiene

In-house course £3,500, plus £35 CIEH examination and certification fee per delegate. Open course £695, plus £35 CIEH examination and certification fee per delegate.


RSPH Foundation Certificate in HACCP
A one-day course giving delegates a practical introduction and understanding of HACCP
